  Everything was great from the start of our stay: welcome at reception, the lovely room and view (over Lamlash Bay), the fluffy towels, the food and ambience of hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful - good local k - Nice bright clean rooms. A great view out across the sea towards Holy is. Breakfast had a good choice of menu. I tried the porridge with whisky - hmmmm. The bathroom whilst small was light and bright and clean. Beds were comfy. One thing weve noticed is the bedcovers are so hot - the room temperature was warm with the bright sunny day and although the windows were open as far as they could go it was still very warm.   Comfortable cottage with small but nice kitchen. Excellent location close to sea and Brodick. Lots to see and do nearby. My children (8 and 11) liked the space outside including the tennis court. - Lovely cottage. Very clean and in a great location above lamlash.

  The staff were very friendly and Brian was "everywhere". He fixed the problem with the wifi very efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. He's certainly an asset. Food in the restaurant was very good and service was excellent. Breakfast was also done well.
