  Very Friendly, polite staff. Massive comfy bed. Very nice atmosphere, can't say about the food as did not eat at the hotel. - location nice and the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool for the little one to use.

  The disabled room was for my 88 year old mother and the design was very good. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, especially Karen and Lorraine. My mother was cold during the night and could not work out the heating. Hence she didn't sleep very well. The 2 receptionists I encountered were genuinely lovely, their customer service was far beyond my expectations.   I thought our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and polite. The breakfast menu had plenty of choice and what we had was very good. I would definitely stay there again. - Very friendly and welcoming. A homely yet professional atmosphere. Most efficient and effective. Very nice people.

  It was within 15 minutes walk of the town centre and bus station so we bussed each day to places of interest. Jon and Tracy were excellent hosts and well able to cater for my gluten-free diet (coeliac disease). even to the extent of putting gluten-free biscuits on the hospitality tray in our room. Quiet but not out of the way, ample parking on site which, given the snow and biting east wind, was definitely reassuring. Even though the weather was extreme, we were warm and cosy. The bed was one of the comfiest we've had the pleasure of sleeping in during our travels. Can't recommend Park Lodge highly enough to you!
