Lo que la gente dice
The staff were fantastic, friendly helpful, passionate about service. I
got to the hotel tired and late. They were more than accommodating and
informative. I spent a few hours in the morning the next day
interviewing next door in the Beefeater and again the service was
excellent. Food lovely (Mixed Grill) breakfast (English breakfast)
lovely. I thought the price was high on my initial booking but I have to
say the staff made this hotel a great place to stay. todo comentarios »
This Premier Inn near Ferndown is one of the older ones. Decoration is a
bit dated but as always in Premier Inn the rooms are large and clean.
The bed is perfect. It is very quiet at night if you have a room facing
the woods. You can sleep with the window open. There is a large
Sainsbury at the other side of the road so you can buy your own fresh
breakfast and lunch if you like.
The food (especially breakfast) in the attached restaurant was great. The staff were wonderful and it was a great place to stay as we have relatives living in Ferndown. Sainsbury's across the road was a godsend, as I had lost my son's suitcase and I had to purchase clothes from Sainsbury's which was a lifesaver.
Kind and friendly staff. We had a very traumatic journey, and after an excellent meal, I had an accident going back into the Premier Inn. The receptionist was most helpful in assisting me to make myself comfortable. In fact all the staff were excellent.
The fact I could book in when I wanted to was a plus, as I was there for a family wedding. Receptionist Kerry was lovely so helpful was there when we booked in and again when we got up !!!.
One knows what one is going to get at Premier Inns:
Roomy rooms, clean, friendly staff, good-quality furnishings and good bathrooms.
Food at the restaurant was good.
peacefulness , comfy beds, convenient closeness to the restaurant, friendly staff, wonderful breakfasts..general good all round value and comfort.
The position of the Premier Inn right next to the Smugglers Haunt was ideal, breakfast was superb, we couldn't fault it.
Very friendly staff on arrival. Room was quite large and comfortable.
Breakfast (at Beefeater next door) was plentiful.
Easily accessible place
Friendly reception / desk
Staff kind and professional.
Friendly staff and the room was newly decorated and very clean.

Staff
Room all that was needed.
Good location for poole ferry port.
It was very quiet & pieceful.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Easy access to the airport.
Accommodation.
your staff.
service, clean, quiet are very important to us.
It was adequate for our needs to access shops.
Good location easy access.
Comfort of bed.
Not a lot,the lady was helpful when we arrived, making a bed up but the
whole experience was awful.
clean and a great peaceful location.
My error I booked into a disable room so everything was around 1 foot
off the floor. That said the facilities for a disabled person were
very good.
I stayed here in the second week of June. Outside temperature around
23ºc clouded and 85% humidity. The room temperature was during 24h over
25ºc with windows open and fan on. As in all Premier Inns windows only
open at 50% for security so airco should be installed here by the
management since it´s a no-goer for the summer months. In other seasons
it should be lovely since it is very quiet and still well connected.
Nothing to say.
The dining area was a bit vague with what you could have for your breakfast and a bit slow to serve us.
Absence of a rubber bath mat.
Hot chocolate drink sachet.
The restaurant was under-staffed. It would have been nice for residents of the Premier Inn to have been seated in the rear garden room . . . much nicer.
Would have been good to have an outside play area for kids. My two yr old doesn't enjoy being in room but there wasn't much in walking distance of hotel other than supermaket - a small climbing frame/swing would have been great given there was a large family pub/restaurant next door feel that both hotel and pub could benefit from this.
Rather expensive for my budget.
Bed not as comfortable as normal. A bit soft and springy. Also prefer Premier Inns with their own restaurant.
A bit expensive for the location.
no lift.
WiFi access.
Breakfast standard was not good especially rubbery scrambled eggs,
tinned tomatoes, lukewarm coffee. We did get a refund but they need to
raise their game.
your price.
beds were most uncomfortable we have ever experienced at a " Premier " Inn. Room 11. very poor quality beds.
Very pricey for what we had a bed for the night.
Can never understand why this premier inn is more expensive than
others we use.
Light switch over bed to high, this was disabled room, I am not
disabled but anyone who is would have a problem. A small bedside light
would be better.
The hotel was fine but the address and the postcode were totally wrong and I wasted two hours of my life finding it!.
It was the worst nights sleep ever, the room was stifling, the booking
stated I was one person when in fact we were three so myself and my
16 year old had to share a bed and my 13 yr old was on a put you up.
We booked as we had an 8.30 flight from Hurn and wanted a good nights
sleep,it was the biggest mistake ever, will not recommend this hotel
to anyone.
We had a wedding and the group booking proved to be a major problem for the admin staff to handle. beds were not made up and people were told they did not have a reservation when they did.
prices were changed, I'm going to follow this up further with the management as the last thing we needed to hear at our wedding was that there were problems with reservations.
Too noisy.
