  loved the frendlyness of the staff and fantastic food, - Delightful setting, staying at the village pub enhanced the experience of rural England. Food in the restaurant was excellent, and there was a selection of good real ale. Staff were fantastic, and the rooms clean and cosy. Our bathroom was across the hall, but didn't detract from the stay.

They had great walks close by, we had a fantastic room (best nights sleep for ages), excellent service by all the staff, with nothing too much trouble for them and truly tasty food. I liked the boot room for the dogs to dry off in after they have been in beautiful stream at the end of the garden. I Loved my cream tea and my two glasses of delicious wine in the sun in the garden.
