Very welcoming, a friendly couple who made you feel at home and couldn't do enough to make your stay pleasant. Very good breakfast. Ideal base for touring in that area. Rooms were comfy, very clean, nicely decorated, bathroom spotless. Tea, coffee & bickies, fresh milk, bottled water. Also very nice lounge area, so could come back and watch tv

Extras - owners have experience of Hyatt hotels so they have taken on
board what extras people like from a top hotel company and added it into
their B& b, eg robes, tea and cake on arrival, good showers, dish of
sweets in room, separate lounge for guests comfort, fabulous breakfast,
well worth the price. Owners have only been there 3 months but they have
got it spot on.
