The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel. We hope to return for a holiday next year. - this is

The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

Our host Keith was simply delightful and excellent. He was even up at 3.30am to prepare breakfast for us when we had to depart at 4.30am! Rooms were charmingly decorated/furnished, very clean, quiet and spacious. The rest of the common area was really a very nice home, thoughtfully laid out, simply fantastic! Wi-fi was free and fast even at night (when everyone else is usually on it). Of all the 7-8 B&Bs we stayed at this was one of the highlights and we would definitely return in the futur

Su uibicación - The excellent ocation and the friendly staff. Our room was also superb, very big and with 2 huge windows overlooking the harbour. - Everything was perfect. The room had fantastic views, restaurant was brilliant and staff very pleasant and helpful.

The Loch Fyne restaurant which is attached is excellent.
Also very helpful friendly staff, we had an early start and the restaurant manager placed breakfast cereal, milk and fruit in an ice bucket outside our room at approx 2am for the morning for us - excellent service. -

I stayed in room 4 at the far end of the corridor. A small double. Quiet, no noise fron the bar or restaurant.
I would definately stay again.

The mother/daughter team that run this Inn are absolutely amazing. Incredibly willing to help and give any advice needed. All sorts of suggestions for food and where everything was. The room as also amazing. Had a little couch as well as a very comfortable bed. Everything not only still looks new but also like it was out of a magazine- very well

We were checked in by Sian who was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a map of local restaurants and pubs. We were very grateful for the fan in our room which was very thoughtful as the weather was so hot. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa in the room. The hotel was ideally located with easy access to the beach and only a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive) from the local shops and cafes.
The apartments offered everything that was needed for a self catering young couple and were spacious, comfortable and a bargain for the price. I will return. -
