Nicely presented apartment, quite, clean and comfortable. 10 mins walk from cabbot circus, 5 mins walk from the train station 15 walk mins from the bar, nightclub. You have everything you need close to hand. Would deffo stay again the next time we're in Bristol.
Close to the city sights. Good undercover parking at extra cost. Comfortable apartment, fulfilled all our needs. Smoke alarm was beeping and friendly staff quickly found a new battery for us. Bristol was a great holiday destination, loads to see.todo comentarios »
Good, modern facility with plenty of space. Great place to stay if you
have a car as there is undercover (but not gated) carparking. Full
cooking facilities and a washer/dryer is great too.
Nice little bedroom very close to the railway station and pretty close to the city centre. There was a large tele in the master bed room.
Nice place to stay. Perfect position near to Temple Meads, Bristol Ferry and a lot of public transports. Convenient and quiet.

The Apaetment was good and it was close to the City which is
a bonus. The facilities also are good and it would have potentially made a great locatiofor my business when I am ever in the city of Bristol.
The apartment is new and quite comfortable.
The internet was slow but adequate and it was free. The biggest hassle was not being able to pay for the room with my debit card. I had to do it by bank transfer in the end.
It's quite difficult to find and there is absolutely no signage to
say that it is the geometric blue apartments even once you get there.
Decent directions and a bit of signage on site would go a long way, I
had to ring twice to find the place and check that it was actually the
right building.
A little cramped for space. There was one bathroom for two bedrooms. We had come from a better serviced apartment the previous day where we had paid a lesser amount.
Quite a lot of small problems. There should be paid more attention on maintenance and cleaning of the apartments.
Dirty dishes on arrival. Towel radiator not working. Two of three lights in kitchen not working. Single lever tap in bathroom broken. Washing machine dirty. Mechanism of dining table broken. ...
Table and chairs for decking would be useful.
The address on the confirmation email was incorrect which was a nuisance.

as a disabled blue badge holder i arrived early to get a disabled parking space, but during to 3 day stay a non disabled vehicle was using the space for disabled people. the lift lighting needs to be fitted, the kitchen could do with some more pan or a frying pan. the security door would not lock and we found 3 man trying to enter, but they run off on seeing us inside the building.
I requested late check out via letsbookhotel.com with no response from apartments.

Didn't like the bed on casters.
Kitchen was very dirty, old trays in oven, microwave filthy, dishwasher full from previous use. Sofa was a bit smelly too. No phone to ring staff and wifi connection was weak.
The tv was broke and we told the owner that the tv did not work but it was not fixed at the end of out stay.

It dirty with a durex in the corner of the bedroom surrounding by and inch of dust. The cooker hood was filthy with grease. The manager did get it cleaned but not once did he telephone to find out if I was happy as a result. Absolutely dreadful customer service. I would have asked for a reduction but frankly, cannot be bothered as I do not intend to go back or recommend to my busness partners.
You must walk for 15' to find a shop. Difficult to find even for taxi drivers. Rarely can you get any help from staff but on a phone 9-5.
It's not weekly serviced. The name of the apartment is not displayed outside. I thougt I had paid for a private balcony and there was a shared one outside the apartment with no chairs.
It's the first time I am not happy with what I got from Booking.
I received no travel directions and therefore it took me ages to find the apartments. There is no sign from the road. There was no-one to meet me even though I had sent my time of arrival. I had to ring the other flats to get in. Another person staying in a flat showed me where to park, and the entry key. My room keys were in the hallway but had the wrong dates on.
The crockery and glassware needed washing. The towels were poor quality.
