  Room was fab. Suppose the decor was not right up to date but room was big, it was tidy, (no marks on walls, no signs of looking tired at all), bed was comfy, loads of tea and coffee, bathroom was also large and everywhere was super clean. Would recommen - Good central location near to Prenton park football ground and also Prenton. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We experienced no heating on the 1st night. After reporting the problem to management we received a replacement heater within ten minutes As a apology for no heating we received a free dinner from the restaurant downstairs.   Rooms were amazing. Lots ov space and light. Can please urself when you come in and out of the hotel from nights out. 2mins on underground train to get over the river.
