El estado general del hotel, la calidad de la atencion, la cercania con el servicio de transportes. Asi tambien me ha gustado mucho el desayuno ofrecido y el continuo estado de limpieza de las habitaciones. - habitacion amplia y limpia. Muy buen acceso al metro para ir a Londres y al aeropuerto.

Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

The room was spacious and the bathroom had a towel warmer and the TV was large with many viewing options. The staff were all polite. The price was so reasonable I could not believe the accomadations for the price I paid. - Very comfortable room and very tasty food in the bar. Hoppa bus to terminal 5 convenience and ease of use

landlord cooks the meals and they are quite good British fare. Someone
said there was no breakfast; well this is not true, I had one most days
I was there. If you want a homely comfortable environment where you can
relax versus a sharp hotel, this is a very good place to go.

Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. I love how the staff are so friendly and accomodating. They always carry your luggage to and from your room no matter what time it is. The rooms are always well presented and have all the amenities (ironing board, bottles of water, sky tv, iPod docker, free wi fi). I would always choose to stay here when visiting Egham or the surrounding area.
