The hotel was near the airport. It was warm and comfortable. The option to have an early cooked breakfast was quite good. Bus from airport terminal was free. - This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times and would always recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness

From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We
had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do
enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us
to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a

The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

Room was clean and adequate, though spartan. Suitable for a short
overnight stay. Staff settled us upon arrival and booked taxi to airport
the next morning. Referred to Pheasant Inn a block away for evening
meal. A busy pub and separate restaurant. Wi-Fi was handy.

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Very convenient for Heathrow airport (I got from West Drayton railway station to the guest house and from the guest house to the airport by local bus - as easy as using a taxi). I was able to work in my room the morning after my stay before going to the airport at lunchtime, very quiet and peaceful and got lots

Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, 10 mins drive to Heathrow Terminal 5, TV worked, shower was good and easy to operate. Loved Archie (the Westie) the Hall is tucked away in the village of Harmondsworth. An ancient building (17th century) full of character. They didn't rush me at breakfast and overall it was more like staying in an old friends country home than in a hotel - would recommend.

Estás a un paso del aeropuerto. Por la mañana se forma una cola larguísima para el check-out, pero 5 personas en recepción y un servicio muy eficiente hizo que no tardara más de 10 minutos. I stayed at this hotel while en route from Eastern Europe. The staff
were super friendly and accommodating, they really couldn't do
enough for you.. Always pleasant and helpful.. The hotel has all the
facilities that I needed, an atm, concierge, room service, shuttle bus..

The kindness of the hotel staff at reception was nice, I was allowed to download and print my boarding passes for next day without having the need to order the horribly priced internet. The buffet dinner was also nice with professional care in the restaurant.

Quiet and easy check out. Also it was the first pick up on the airport shuttel hense an empty bus! - The size of the room was fantastic and the cleanliness.
