staying in Urgup Konak,is the sort of experience ,i wonder i can have again:unique hosts ,well-decorated rooms,and the ambiance of old but alive house because of the good heart ,friendliness and taste of owners:lovely Melahat and Sheymos.
we planned to stay 1 night but then we preferred to extend our stay for 2 more nights to enjoy their hospitality even more.

Maravillosa estancia quede totalmente complacida,nunca me habia
hospedado en un hotel de piedra totalmente diferente a los hoteles
normales y de clase,en la manana puedes ver el hermoso amanecer con un
estupendo panorama divisado desde el balcon con un delicioso desayuno
acompanado de frutos secos y diferentes clases de

This is a boutique cave hotel with the feel of a B&B. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is fantastic and will go out of their way to make you happy. The location is perfect, just 15 minutes outside of Ürgüp so far away from the crowds but not so far that it would be inconvenient. The breakfast at the terrace is delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. -
Hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast served at the hotel was just outstanding and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms in it was impressive. Authenticity and silence in the hotel was very good. I would highly recommend both Cappadocia and this hotel

Superbly designed cave rooms. Peaceful and built on the natural caves. The hotel is on the top of the rock and hence one can get a good view of the town -Urgup.
Town is at walking distance (10-15 mins walk). Spacious, clean & beautiful rooms. Completely different experience.

The most friendly and welcoming staff I've come across. You just feel at home from the moment when you arrive and until you leave. They help you with arranging hot air balloon flights, day trips, airport transfer basically anything you need. There is an amazing small romantic garden under a thick shade of grapes. The rooms transfer you back in time and are, at the same time, comfortable and clean. I'd love to visit this hotel and my new friend Omer (the hotel owner) again soon!

first of all, here is a great staff and the boss Mr. Ayhan was very helpful.
he assisted us about our city trip to underground city, Ihlara valley and baloon organization.
also helped about airport transfer.
he can help you whatever do you want to do.

The service was warm and friendly. The location just off Urgup's main square was ideal, and the cave suite was amazing. Very comfortable, lots of space and the sleeping arrangements gave enough privacy, as the master bedroom is in a seperate cave. Ideal with teenage children. We all had a really enjoyable stay..

It is a great hotel. It is designed well and pleasing to the eye. The breakfasts were some of the best we have ever had. The owner Eren Serpen is phenomenal! She goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable and provide excellent advice on tours, restaurant etc. She will even drive you to a restaurant! -

It's a wonderful place, the rooms are created into a natural cave set up with a good style. The service is super, the owner and his family make you feel like a sultan. In the hotel there is also a resturant, where are serviced some traditional turkish dishes that are fantastic! I absolutly sugget it to everyone! -
