Friendly hosts, good location, very clean and also quiet. Recommended for families, couples and friends.

Nice and coloured, very good breakfast (there's a baker at the corner), splendid view on the sea and just three minutes walk for Blu Mosque and Hagia Sofia.

The location was good close to all the major attractions. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and there was a high standard of cleanliness. Excellent view from the breakfast room across the sea.

The ecomomy room is very small and has no outside window, it does however have air conditioning. The shower/toilet has no hot water in the basin only the shower. The breakfast provided was just about adequate - not quite as portrayed on the website.

The breakfast room had wonderful views over the rooftops to the Sea of Marmara and beyond to the Asian side of Istanbul. The breakfast too was good. The location on a short cul de sac was very quiet and yet only a couple of minutes walk from a street of restaurants. It is also less than 10 mins walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia area.

The stairs to the top floor were very steep but our bags were taken up for us and it was just a case of being careful.

The location, the price

The entry to the guesthouse is dangerous to haul up luggage. The one person room has no windows. Don't rent the one person room! The way you check in is a little dodgy!
