  Absolutely satisfied with everything, enjoyed every single day of my stay there! Hotel is perfectly located in a cul-de sac, not more than 100 meters from the beach. Hundreds of eateries all around the place; convenience store, Starbucks at the next corner of the beach road. My room on the 4th floor was absolutely quiet and perfectly clean; spotless bathroom; nice bath towels; extremely comfortable bed. You can get a - A huge thank you to Claudio and his team for making our stay so enjoyable, we intitiallly booked for three nights but ended up staying for six. Room was small but was clean and had everything you needed such as air con and neat bathroom with clean sheets and towels daily. The hotel is at the back of a small side street, literally 100 meters from Patong beach. You can walk to Bangla Rd and all the great places to eat and go out in less than 10 mins so no need for a tuk tuk. Great value for money

  This hotel was everything we needed. It was very cheap and we did not expect it to be so perfect for what we were looking for. Booked one night and ended up staying for 5 nights. Close to lots of different places to eat. A few blocks from the beach and also lots of shopping places. Also a big mall - movies and bowling! Couldn't wish for better staff. Top Class. The fitness room and pool/hot tub was the reason I went. It didn't disappoint. Only small, but for the price cant complain. I stayed in the dorm. Think I had the best nights sleep there and I have been away for 4 months. So good beds!!

For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
