The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Location is perfect, tour agency nearby, can purchase island hoping tour easily. Everything is new (stayed in the new block). Clean. Wifi is VERY fast and reliable, every floor has a router. Motorbike rental 250 baht a day (new bike). Next to a pharmacy.
For info:
Minivan to and from airport is 180 baht per person, every hour, pick up from hotel.
Airport is about an hour away.

It's 2 minute walk to the beach, just step outside the lobby and there's a good spa. Staffs are friendly. Good restaurants are close by. You can also reach by walking 15 minutes to Bangla Road. The breakfast is good and the view is great at the infinity pool/ rooftop. -

If you are looking for night life, location, relaxation this is the hotel for you. As others have commented 3 minute walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping centre, helpful and friendly staff as well as a roof top pool with amazing views. every thing out front of hotel ( 24hr family marts, food stalls, currency exchange, taxi ) highly recommend staying here.

The manager/owner was very patient prior to my stay during the booking process. He was flooded with my emails and yet still replied informatively. In person, he is cheerful and hospitable.

Hotel was perfectly located, close to all the places you want to see in Patong, Jungceylon and Bangla road was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The beach took about 10 minutes to walk to and it was a nice walk with lots to see.
The Pool area ontop was also great, and drinks were well priced.
All in all very impressed....and will recommend it to any

The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel's
location is superb - it is in the middle of all the happenings, yet it
has its own secluded compounds and is quiet in the midst of all the
busyness and noise around it. It is very convenient for us to just walk
a short distance to the Bangla Road or Patong Beach, and retreat to the
serenity of the hotel within minutes. The service of the hotel tour
operators in the hotel is superb. Everything is just perfect!
