The staff was amazing and very helpful from beginning to end, room was
spacious and was more than enough for a solo traveler, 2 bottles of
complimentary water daily, great concierge and tour group help, location
was excellent in Sukhumvit, hotel is located right in the middle of
Sukhumvit and Nana which is lots of shopping and nightlife and walking
distance to the bts which is a must to get around in Bangkok, overall
great experience for the price

It's not my first time ... I stayed more than one time ...I love the decoration of the hotel and very clean and the location is amazing ,,, but the only thing is the Internet facility ,,, 1 of the guest can connect to the Internet but the others can't ... And it's little pit expensive.... Other wise it's amazing :-) .. Thanks a lot -

Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

All staff were attentive and very nice and professional. The location is
outstanding at sukhumvit 21, the central location for all the major
malls and attractions. The mrt is walking distance at terminal 21, Asok
station that gives you access to the subway and train system, the only
way to travel quickly in the city (one of the best in the World). Very
good value for the money.

Hotel is fine but nothing special. It has all you need air con shower toilet. Swimming pool a bonus. We used this twice and had it to our self's both times. The disinfectant was a little strong like salt water but better than nothing. I would stay here again no issue. Could do with a redecorate and some new furnishings but what they have dose the

Very nice and helpfull staff - The room was excellent, very comfortable and well organised. The spa bath was especially good! I arrived 3 hours earlier than check in time but was still allowed to go to my room which was great after a long night flight this was welcome.

Overall id recommend this hotel to those travelling on a budget. The
standard rooms are fair. I think the rooms at the top are significantly

floor are safe from outside noise, but you will hear other guests coming
and going/doors slamming etc. -
Surprisingly, the room is clean and new. The staff/owners are so friendly and helpful. Communication in English is not an issue here. Breakfast is simple but that's enough for us, if travel in a group as us, the staff may prepare special breakfast eg porridge/noodle.
BTS or LRT are not too far.
