The location of the hotel is perfect, on the beachfront and close to shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable,clean and enjoyed the view from the balcony. This was the most important feature of the hotel when the booking was made and the view was excellent indeed. Couldn't ask for better! The personnel did everything to assist and gave us lots of personal attention. Really enjoyed the breakfasts outside.Good value for money when travelling on a budget.

Rooms are very comfortable, clean and big. You have everything you need if you walk less than 3 min. The restaurant popeyes next door has great meals at great prices. The staff in this hotel is sooo kind, they will help you with anything you need (rent motorbike, transfert service, book excursions) always with a smile on their face. The beach is just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We spent 6 fantastic days there.

- staff is local so they speak English bad which coused some missunderstanding. nevertheless after arrival we asked for upgrading to sea view room and received positive answer. Also we asked to pay after check out and as well received kind yes.
In whole we were quite satisfied with the hotel -
Lovely location of the hotel and the room (a family suite, overlooking the beach)
The incredibly friendly staff - run it as a family concern and hence love the place as their home
Clean and well provided for supplies

This is a newly opened hotel, me and my partner were actually the first ones who lived at this place! It was really fresh, nice rooms and super friendly staff who gave very good service! They even helped us arrange transportation to Khao Lak. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, there is a 7-eleven just 1-2 minutes from the hotel. And

the hotel. FantaSea show is only 5 minutes walk away.

Right on the beach. Quiet, family friendly beach with excellent food and
good swimming. Very nice hotel with large, clean and well-equiped room,
extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff (including free dvd rental)
and great pool. Very easy to find food to cook (E.G. 7-11 is a short
walk along the beach). 5 minutes walk to Phuket FantaSea :-)

We had a two day stay at the Tropical Garden. I inquired if we could have an early check in and immediately got responses back from K. Nat that it was no problem.
All in all a nice stay for a reasonable money.
