I really like how well everything is managed in this place. It's a
real hotel not a hole masquerading itself with a fancy names like
"boutique family hotel" (avoid hotel california).
The facilities were simple but everything was very fair.

I also spotted two automatic washing machines outdoors so -
the staff was very nice and helpfull, the location is a 5min walk from a BTS skytrain station (Ekkamai), the room was nice and cosy with its own microwave and fridge, you can do your laundry for 20 or 40 baht if you have some washing product (which you can buy for 10 baht at the 7eleven on your way to the BTS station),

This is a great hotel, the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge and clean. I found breakfast basic but good, a choice of American or Thai, both with juice, tea/coffee, toast with jam. The most impressive thing is the location combined with the price. It is in the heart of the shopping area with many centre to choose from. If you wish to go further afield then there is the sky train. One other thing I enjoyed is I walked down past Madame T. And fron there you can go up to the over he

Amazing hotel find. Honeyly couldnt have asked for better. It got me thinking since the hotel was on the other side of the river and would spend a lot of time and money crossing but was wrong, ferry is not even 2min and pier just next to hotel for less than 10cents a person to cross and get u in the grand palace entrance and on the night and were

The room was clean with many amenities. However the main reason for choosing this hotel was its location on the river and close to a Marathon event we were attending. It was in a convenient location and just right for us. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The view from the rooms were amazing. The Grand Palace and Temple of Dawn were in full view and lit up at night added a special ambiance.

The room was very functional: although fairly compact it had plenty of shelves, surfaces to put things on. The bed was comfy and large. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. Our room facing a side of the building was very quiet. The design is minimalistic, but pretty cool.
The hotel is close to Metro (BTS) and river transport. Plenty of local food vendors nearby.
