spacious and was more than enough for a solo traveler, 2 bottles of
complimentary water daily, great concierge and tour group help, location
was excellent in Sukhumvit, hotel is located right in the middle of
Sukhumvit and Nana which is lots of shopping and nightlife and walking
distance to the bts which is a must to get around in Bangkok, overall
great experience for the price

The staff was so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. They were very accommodating and such a pleasure to interact with. Also, the location is perfect! Right across from one of the premier muay boxing locations and less than 2 minutes from a metro stop to give you access to all areas of the city. -

I like all the friendly staff. Although this is not a 5-Star rated hotel but I would say all the staff had been way qualified being working in the 5-Star hotel. From the front desk to the security personnel, I would say no place I have seen in Bangkok having this well-trained group of people.
Location wise is just about 300m walking distance to the nearest Asoke BTS Skytrain and 400m to Terminal 21 shopping mall.

Location is great. Its about a 20min walk to the Wat Pho and the Grand Palace.
We got the standard room its small but clean. Bed is in a corner. Fridge with free water and other (paid) beverages. There is a kettle.
Breakfast is limited to 3 or 4 menu choices..no buffet. Perfect hotel if you are only staying for 1 or 2 nights!

Staff were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. The room was lovely and spacious with an amazing view of the city. The price was excellent for the standard you receive.The have a shuttle service to the nearest underground station which is helpful.
It takes a while to get around the city so wherever you stay expect a bit of a journey in the city traffic when going by taxi. Lovely pool.

Excellent value for money. Booked the hotel at very low price and was skeptical about the quality but i was surprised upon arriving the hotel. Hotel is very clean, new and staff is very friendly.
Also i must mention that there is an excellent Indian hotel, just besides Petals Inn, which serves the best indian food in Thailand beyond any doubt. -

Fantastic staff who were extremely helpful. Security guard so feel safe too. Rooms are clean, comfy and have safe inside. Also good location close to sky train to get to shopping centres such as mbk, Siam etc. Close to bars and restaurants as well. Would highly recommend to people who are looking for a pleasant stay at a competitive price.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls. Loved the location. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very cooperative. Excellent buffet Breakfast was definitely a plus. Will definitely stay here again. -

Good location, very close to railway station, close to nice restaurants
in chinatown. Wifi is ok but it is only in the coffee shop, but you
don't have to order to use it (but then you miss the excellent rice
soup). The room was big with a view over chinatown, the bed was good.

Every morning I was met with smiles and a greeting at times I wish I could have spoken thai language but again I still felt welcome and I will be recommending this place to any of my friends who travel to bangkok
