I loved everything about the hotel facilities. Location was perfect for me requirements. Staff were super. Food was fantastic and the bar was also excellent.

Mini bar was empty with the exception of two bottles of water. I had an issue whereby I had organised with a member of staff before my arrival, to organise a car service which did not arrive. Instead I was greeted with a taxi. This is the second time I organised such a service through the Marriott group, both time I had unsatisfactory services. This needs to be looked at.

Comfort in the room

Location: in between construction sites, ugly view on some abandonned fields and construction cranes, next to a railway...

Excellent vibe, young executive, music in bar in evenings modern and defines the pulse of the hotel.

Air conditioning in exectutive floor blows directly on your face, uncomfortable needs to be addressed, nothing else.

Hotel is in good location from business point of view if you are just visiting for the meetings. Well connected by tram/train to the city centre

Value for the money. we being a young couple expect atleast a Tub in the bathroom and wifi in the room as a standard for the price we pay per night. The restaurant doesnt offer a huge variety of food. Not an ideal location if you are spending a holiday.

Really appreciated 15th floor lounge snacks/drinks/-very tasty and very polite,helpful,welcoming staff.At the front desk too staff was very friendly,helpful and welcoming.

The water controls in the tub were very difficult to budge.After trying to open we gave up-called the front desk for help.Second time we could not shut it off and unfortunately left them running to get out to eat and sought housekeeping help. i would suggest simpler and friendlier taps. Also the junior suite we were in was much smaller than we expected whereas the junior suite at Palace Lucerne was h-u-g-e!with a balcony overlooking the lake.

Clean Rooms, Nice design

Location is aprox. 30 to 40 Mins walking to the central. but the tram station next to the hotel made it easier.

Wonderful hotel, i missed these type oh hotels in zurich, modern and luxurious hotel. Staff is so friendly especially kevin at the reception, the best. Very clean, neat, organized ...i dont know, i liked everything. Again and again in this hotel.

Location a bit away from the city but not a big deal

Hotel was great, exactly what you'd expect from a boutique hotel. Nice bar, nice restaurant and a good club lounge.

The area wasn't great, fairly industrial. Good for business, but wouldn't want to stay here as part of a city break.

The hotel and the staff are cheats. They charge double the amount of money what ever is booked and do not return back the extra money. Go there if you want to be looted and spoil your holiday
