The location of the hotel was great! The view of the Eiger and Monch are fabulous. Our room had two bedrooms which was perfect for our family of four. The bigger room had a balcony looking out over the valley and mountains. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Great place as a home base for hiking or skiing. It was not peak season so we got a great room and great attention. Food was great - the whole town was a total delight - it had just snowed so very pretty. - The staff was very pleasant and very helpful.

The hotel is up to date with clean, spacious rooms and a very nice and comfortable common area, while still retaining some old world charm. Good location for relax. mountains with snow, grass,flowers and trees, fresh air, quiet and peaceful enough. An excellent place to stay. The waitress and waiter there were very kind. Jonh was very kind. He's playing guitar when we arrived there. It was really romantic at that moment.
