Really beautifull views from the hotel! Excellent view over the lake
(Vierwaldstättersee), you can watch two sites of the lake and have over
180 degrees view. Also the views on the mountains (I.E. Rigi,
Stanserhorn) is beautifull. Hotel has sun in the morning until sunset!
Free car park (also semi covered). Hotel is a 5 min car ride from
Vitznau,

The hotel has an amazing view on the lake, it's probably one of the best view points in Vitznau.
The staff was very friendly! Particular thanks to the receptionist from Berlin (he's excellent example of a customer service)! I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

El lugar es hermozo! Rodeado de las bellas montañas suizas. El hotel una
tipica cabaña suiza que te deja la total impresion de la cultura de ese
lugar pintoresco. Las habitaciones del hotel muy acogedoras y muy
limpias, adaptadas con lo moderno para nuestra comodidad...pero siempre

Wonderful friendly staff, great service. We were given separate rooms with no surcharge and without really even asking as there were no twin beds available. Great fireplace and bar!
Restaurant was delicious, and service excellent. Complimentary espresso/coffee and tea throughout day. -
Very nice room with really good shower, excellent breakfast.
Staff very attentive, lots of nice touches such as chocolate Easter bunny, reminders of summertime change etc
Cozy little pub in the hotel.
Overall good value for money.

This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting. My luggage key was lost and I went to inform the reception on 16 Dec 2010.

Location was good just a 5 minute walk from the main station. clean value for money, along the river side very near to the main town and market area, though we missed a kettle for tea coffe in the room Rosli didi not have a lift but we shifter to their adjacent hotel Baslertor which ahad a lift and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was nice and easily shifter our rooms.

The location right on the lake and the new furniture by the lake was beautiful and inviting.I loved hving private, direct access to swim in the lake. The restaurant right by the lake served delicious food all day long and the wait staff were excellent.Manager(or owner) and other staff were most professional and diligent.
