The room was on the top floor with lovely beams - the room and bathroom was wonderfully clean and the bed very comfortable (although it was very firm). Very impressed with the hotel staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a cold buffet - plentiful and very tasty. -

The apartment is really central - walking distance from Bahnhof train station, a five minute tram ride from the zoo, two minutes walk from the river, five minutes walk from the lake, surrounded by lovely street cafés. Well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, and full kitchen - great for travelling with the family -

La habitación abuhardillada, pequeña pero al detalle, muy bonita. El cuarto de baño completo, grande. Buena calefacción, el desayuno gran variedad y buena calidad. A couple of days before arrival I contacted the hotel by email for information, which I received by return email. On check-in date, I arrived early, 9h00 am, but was checked-in immediately. The situation of the hotel, it was right in the old town and the variety of restaurants outstanding. Because it was in busy area due to shops and restaurants thought it was going to be noisy at night but that wasn't the case. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast choice very good. Easy walking distance to main station and the Zurich Lake. Ferries also very accessible. Very enjoyable stay.

This was a great apartment for a visit to Zurich with friends. The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk away to main train station and the Bahnhofstrasse, and is located in the middle of the Niederdorf area. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key.
