The welcome was perfect, we arrived by car and parked as close to the
hotel as possible - after checking in at reception I was escorted to the
underground parking garage and took my car down in a lift to the secure

The rooms in the Alexander had been done to a very good standard for a small hotel. The breakfast room was small but very clean, the food was lovely with lots of selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent for a the major sites of the city and was right in the heart of a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. It was also only a ten minute walk from the station and transportation links. Overall i would definitely recommend this hote

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. - The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also.
- The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around.
- The room was clean.
- There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs.
- The staff were professional.

La habitación abuhardillada, pequeña pero al detalle, muy bonita. El cuarto de baño completo, grande. Buena calefacción, el desayuno gran variedad y buena calidad. Very close to the city center, museums, restaurants, bars (10 min walk). Excellent service from the first moment of our arrival. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, French and German. Indoor parking service (Very important in winter!). Nice breakfast. The rooms, restaurant, bar and lobby have a beautiful classic furniture very neat and clean. -
