The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small yet very clean and accordingly to our requirements. We spent little time in the room so it was perfect for us. The location was very good. You can get Bus 10 outside the hotel to every location including airport, train station and city center. The hotel also gives free bus pass per your visit. Helpful staff, very good for airport location, Shopping mall in front, spacious garage parking (extra fee), free quality wifi (used facetime flawlessly), lots of TV channels, free public transport day pass. Bare in mind that decorations in the rooms are "Ibis basic" but for a short / 1 night stay fine.

Location, especially with free bus services to the city, airport and CERN nearby and across the street from a large shopping centre. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows!. Price was right for expensive Geneva... Room, as expected, was tiny, but clean and good for just sleeping. Don't come here on your honeymoon. Easily accessible, good value for money, clean and efficient. Wifi is free, free day long access to public transport comes with the room. exactly what I needed - a place to stay overnight between a week in the Alps at a musical festival and the airport morning flight. Just what you need, you get what you pay for, free bus passes, they'll hold on to your luggage after check out if you need it. Bed was just acceptable level of comfort. no complimentary airport shuttle service - altho there was shuttle service to the nearby Ibis hotel. 12 CHF breakfast, a little far away from downtown. In general, I got what I was expecting, so just a few comments: 1) small rooms, and the sink was actually in the room (you can see it on the pictures) 2) breakfast costs 12 CHF and is quite basic for this price (no hot dishes). no phones in the room. nothing. Bathroom shower has no water barrier so the whole bathroom gets flooded.. The room is small but the price is reasonable. small rooms. There is no refregator in room. Staff were too lazy to give us proper directions to the French side of the airport so we ended up driving around Geneva for an hour at 10pm because their directions were wrong. They also told us the airport bus went every 10 minutes from 5am which was incorrect. Too small bathroom and toilet. Breakfast menu should be changed at least every three days. I stayed in the hotel for ten days and it was all the same for 10 days. Payed parking!. Sink in bedroom, plastic toilet and bathroom. Room is very tight which is uncomfortable as well as the toilet and shower. No tel in the room and no breakfast included in the bill. No kettle in room. Duvets are wet. Location is very far from main train station. Hard to find for the first comer. even the Bus driver told us go to iBis instead of ibis Budget. 1.Rooms are ridiculously small shower is a whole in the wall of the room, toilet is another hole. the sink is tiny and just in the middle of the room. It felt like a prison cell. 2. WiFi is serving only one user for only one day. For more users you need to more than one wifi password and you have to get a new one every 24 hours??? 3. Not a cheap option for being this uncomfortable. 4. I would definitely not stay there again and will not recommend it to any one. Plastic bathroom.
