We spent 1 week in Valencia in this apartment. It really felt like home. Everything was perfect. Even there were umbrellas in case of rainy weather. Btw, we had 5 rainy days. The owner and his help are very kind people, always ready to help. The Central Market is 2 minutes walk. Almost all the sightseeings can be reached within 15-20 minutes walk. We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and
kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well
equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact

Location was excellent. Short distance to Arts and Science Museum etc and the Old Town. Loads of places to eat close by. Excellent value accommodation which was modern and clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend to others. -

El personal nos atendio muy amable. Nos ofrecieron entradas a la Ciudad de las Artes y asi no tuvimos que hacer colas.
La limpieza muy buena, olor a limpio incluso en la escalera del edificio.

grounds were very clean as were both of the apartments we rented. Our
apartment was fairly quiet, but outside around the pool area was pretty
noisy during the day. Furniture was newer and what is typically found in
European hotel rooms. The restaurant up in the front of the complex was -
Calm, quiet, close to the sea. Great place for a family vacation, maybe for a loving couple wanting privacy.
Friendly staff, comfortable apartments overlooking the sea.
Excellent value.

I booked this for the motogp weekend, it was possibly my best holiday ever! The appartment is very new very clean very comfortable and very good. Highly comfortable, nice, large rooms and silent rooms, very clean and the free wi-fi. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive.
Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.
