My mother and I visited Valencia for three days and stayed at La Reina Bed & Breakfast, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was in the back of the building with a window opening up in a very small enclosed courtyard I guess you could say. I'm sure it would have been nice to have a view of the street, but after staying in noisy Madrid we welcomed th silence at night. The facilities were nice and the shared bathroom was clean and updated with a very large shower. We especially enjoyed. todo comentarios »
The bed and breakfast was just perfect. The owner was very kind, and helpful. The room rate included free breakfast, but in addition, the owner left fresh fruit, crackers and cookies, along with tea, each day for us in the lobby. The shared bathrooms were modern and very clean. The location was great, central to monuments and parks. I very highly recommend this hotel.

Keep in mind that it can be a little bit difficult to find initially, the apartment building does not have a sign for the bed & breakfast on the front. Just look for the number. Also, on the first day we got back to the apartment building to find that our key didn't work. Come to find out the lock was changed that day without telling the b&b. Bump in the day but not horrible. They apologized profusely and the rest of the trip went smoothly!.
Hard to find as there is no signage outside building. Have to call 1 hour before to book....which is a hassle if you just entered the country! No fan in room....really hot!!!.
Very small room. The breakfast was very poor. Would have been great to have ham or cheese with the croissant.
Shared bathroom is mentioned in the description but not when you book the room. Suitable for young travelers not so much for a couple.
Parking is not free.
