the helpfullness of staff especialy the reception( the gentleman who was there most of the time} ic execellent

No basics like Kettle, toaster and Microwave. As such more energy was used in using a 1500 kw hot plates for more 10min every time you needed any thing warm.,( A kettle was promptly given on day one when the reception was notified)

Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Kamer was proper. Je krijgt waar voor je geld.

Hot pool, near ocean.

Very big cockroach (7-8 cm) in my bathroom, very old frying pan in the kitchen. Old furniture. Music from nearest bar all night - its impossible to sleep. It very-very-very loudly

We have two troubles fixed quickly. We didn´t like our room and they changed it the following day. I left a piece of clothing in the previous room, and they found it and give it back to me.
