We spent there a whole week and we were enchanted… First of all, the ideal localization : in full center of the town, in a pleasant and livened up district, but nevertheless calm down during the night (except the WE), what is rare in Madrid. Then a small but charming, outstandingly clean apartment and nicely decorated, and endowed with absolutely perfect and complete equipment, in good condition, and planning all the needs (complete battery for cooking in the kitchen, washing machine, iron, etc.). And finally, an attentive, pleasant, punctual and competent reception. And receptionist which intervenes within the hour to replace the defective utensils. Absolutely remarkable in all respects !

Of course, we can always find small details which could be improved : we would like to have a cork in the kitchen sink, refuse bags in the size of the trash can, a coat rack in the entry, better placed switches of electricity, and above all international channels on the TV. But these points are small unimportant details next to the excellence of the positive points…

Great apartment in a central location, close to Gran Via and Calle Fuencarral. It is situated on a quiet street with bars, cafés etc just seconds away. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend.

the apartment is suitable for a family, contains one double bed room, one room with 2 beds and a leaving room that has sofa bed. Was clean and confortable. The kitchen is small, but equipped. The toilet is small but was ok. there are 5 min walk to the metro and to the Gram Via.

price is not very cheap, and the parking for the car is 5 min walk but very expensive (~30 Euro per day)

The apartment although small was very clean and had everything we needed, it was in a central location 10 mins walk to the Gran Via. It was in fact excellent for the money we paid, good value. I feel we received good customer service from the staff we dealt with

The only thing I could say was the lighting could be better in the hallway as it was quite dark

Staff met us at apartment and showed us how everything operated and where shops etc were on a map. They organised a taxi to collect us when we left. Apartment was within easy walking distance to centre of Madrid and all the restaurants etc.

It was very small with a tiny bathroom.

Staff was very friendly! Location was great, beds were comfortable extra pillows, full size appliances in kitchen.

The location is very central. It is possible to visit all the city's key attractions on foot. The apartment is sizeable and very chic with it's two mezzanine areas. We would certainly stay here again.

On first arrival at the apartment the exterior was slightly off-putting. There was graffiti on the walls and dog poo etc on the ground. However, this is typical for this part of Madrid and we got used to it very quickly. And we really liked the vibe in the area around the apartment eg vintage shops, gay district, cafes and restaurants.

Apartment new with all facilities you would need. Close to Metro, buses and central to all places of interest. Accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Very secure building.

An apartment in Malasaña is the best location to explore the city and to walk through the small streets full of interesting bars and shops in the surrounding streets. The apartment was equipped with all necessities. Friendly young staff.

The central location. The fact that you have facilities that allow you the opportunity to make your own breakfast.

Information on Check-in was not useful as it implied you could turn up at the building. I discovered the hard way that the only way to check in at this location is to ring the customer service number. Then, and only then, will someone come to the building to let you into the apartment.

The sleeping quarters in the loft accessed by narrow stairs made was awkward. The bathroom a little cramped shared by 3 people.
