Staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby was useful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there were a lot of cafes around to sit outside. We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.

Location was near a train station. Staff helped to arrange taxi from Barcelona airport to the apartment and also arrange for early check in. It was only three minutes from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the old town for these persons who love walking and 10 minutes from Sagrada Famiglia. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets

We liked almost everything at the hotel. Its location couldn't be better, right behind the metro exit and you can watch Sagrada Familia at breakfast time or whenever ou go up the terrace. The staff. They went out of our way to fix any issues with the room,
answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture
of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the
early morning when we left since we could not stay for breakfast. We
were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home.
This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places
we've visited in the mediterranean. Will definitely come back.
