Really comfortable apartments!! We had everything we needed for our stay and they are perfectly located if you want to enjoy the real Madrid in 'La Latina' district! Carlos was extremely nice and helpful to us also! Highly recommended! -

Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. In the bedroom, the tv is embedded inside a big mirror! How cool! The bed is clean and comfortable. There are big windows in the room so plenty of natural light

It was a pleasant surprise to stay at an art showcase hotel: what an inspiration. When we arrived they were displaying beautiful photographs from an artist, on the following week they displayed paintings from a renowned andalusian painter. The room is artfully decorated with the most functional bathroom for travelers. Another surprise was the very clever and beautiful way the television is hidden. We had very comfortable room, quit - that was important, because we'd been with 1 year old baby. The staff prepared special little bad for baby. And value for money is on high level! I will recommend this hotel to my friends. -

Great location, just two blocks away from "Puerta del sol" and
"Plaza mayor". Clean rooms and bathroom at a great price.
Public parking is just 1/2 a block away. It's a great base
location to walk around Madrid. Senora Remedios and Mr Vicente are the
very friendly couple that runs the place. I recommend it hands down. -

We cannot fault this little gem in the heart of the Spanish capital. I
defy you to find better-located accommodation anywhere else in Madrid! A
5-min.walk from Plaza Cibeles (2nd stop on the Airport Transfer), 5 min
from metro stops Sevilla and Antoni Martin. Surrounded by great tapas
bars, cosy restaurants, breakfast bars and a corner shop directly
opposite. Plaza Santa Ana is around the corner and major attractions
like Parque Buen Retiro, El Prado or La Reine Sofia are all within 5-10

The personnel was very friendly, I was very sick during my stay and they
took care of me, were speaking english and french very well. I will go
back there with no doubt! The location is great, so close to metro and
to la latina, plaza del sol, small fresh market... Etc -
The rooms were cleaned regularly, more than any other accommodations we
stay
