Fantastic building in great location and staff couldn't do enough to help. In the time it took me to settle in to room the owner had drawn a map with everything to see including bars and restaurants for the evening. Great place to stay right in the historic centre and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. -

El hotel esta muy cerca de la plaza mayor. Es pequeño pero muy acogedor. Las habitaciones son amplias y exteriores. La que nos dieron a nosotros daba a la calle principal. El cuarto de baño era amplio. No tiene parking pero te hacen descuento en uno cerquita. Solo puedes acceder en coche hasta la puerta de 7 a 11 por restricción municipal.

Es un hotel muy sencillo que incluso diría yo que es más un hostal. Pero el personal es muy atento, la limpieza es excelente y está al lado de la plaza, en el centro centro.
La habitación es muy básica pero amplia y para pasar una par de días no se necesita más.

Superb location between the Plaza Major and the cathedrals on a traffic free street.
Very friendly staff.
I found four toffees waiting for me on the bedside table upon arrival, something I wouldn´t expect from a budget hotel
My room at the back was quiet with individual air conditioning.

Very helpful staff (all of them speak English, which is not always the case in Spain), clean rooms, just a few metres away from the main square (Plaza Mayor). Good breakfast and cooking facilities to make your own meals if you want to.

Arrival on motorcycles was interesting with no close parking. However we were directed to a secure garage which was not too far to walk to (15-20 minutes). The Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, shops and historical sites. Everything you need is close by. The staff were warm and lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The WiFi didn't work in our room though so we had to sit in the main lounge when using the internet.

Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. -
The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!)

James was also very helpful re advising on breakfast and he showed me where to go on the free

We were in a room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. Everything went very well. Pretty clean room. It was quite cold in the city and had heater in the room. There was a mini-fridge that neither we came to use and a system for listening to ipod. Even the fact that the bathroom is shared not constitute any inconvenience. And for another 5 euros /

This hostal is very close to the old town and points of interest. The staff were very helpful. -
The location was great: near the historic city centre, with lots of space to park the car in surrounding streets, at walking distance from most pubs in the city... Also, the staff was friendly and cooperative.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. Nice views over the rooftops to the skyline spires. Kitchen could be better equipped - there's a stove top but no microwave or oven for heating food. Bed are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. The staff were exceedingly helpful with helping us find parking and our way around the city - with lots of personal recomendations thrown in!
We had the 2 bed apartment and it was perfect for a group of friends with a very reasonable price.
I also took my Border Collie and again the staff were very helpful with finding local parks etc.
