I liked this residence very much. Great location, cleanliness, comfort, pleasant atmosphere. The residence is located in a beautiful historic house. The walk to the Sagrada Familia takes about 12 minutes.
I especially liked the owner of the hotel, her name is Imma. She is great, she is very interesting person and helpful.

Firstly the hospitality was there on my arrival.
The owner went out of her way to assist me with bus locations
Tour information, shops, etc.
Location was great, room comfortable,larg, plenty cupboard space, and the 4 apartments had 4 bathrooms located just a few feet from the rooms, large user friendly kitchen, and lounge room with open balcony.
Security was good, a lift took you to the floors. clean, fresh,and historically lovely apartment, I would return to stay again should I visit Barcelona

We loved the location. We arrived in the city at 9am after our flight, dropped our bags at the hostel and walked to a nearby cafe then to the Sagrada Familia. Our bags were in our apartment by 2pm and we enjoyed the great coffee provided and the size and comfort of the modern, clean rooms. The apartments are an easy walk to the city attractions including the flower and food market, the main streets and a Hop On Hop off bus stop. Ca La Maria was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. This is a brand new B&B that is designed with elegant, modern art throughout. It's at a great location, very central and in walking distance to many of the city's sites.The B&B is run by Maria who is an excellent hostess. She pays attention to fine detail and really made my stay worthwhile. I often stay in this hostel when passing through Barcelona on business. It's a really beautiful, clean hostel with crisp white sheets and duvets. The Spanish guy on reception was incredibly kind and helpful, even at 3.30 in the morning when I needed some water! This is a good hostel for a traveller or business person who wants a quiet bed for the night at a great price. It's not a party hostel so you can actually get some sleep here!

En general el hotel reune mucho mas de lo que es un 4 estrellas. Confort, Amabilidad en el trato, y Limpieza.
