The place is fabulous, brand new, extremely clean and very well designed.
The host (Irma) is absolutely adorable, she will make you feel like at home and will give you great hints in what to see and do during your stay.
The breakfast area is open at any time with free water, tea and coffee for all guests.

This is a very modern high tech design hotel. Rooms are spotless and bright, Wonderful bathroom layout and shower. The Cervantes hostel is very well situated, 10 minutes walk to the Atocha train station and 10 minutes walk to the Puerta del Sol. Staff and owner are very kind, smart people. Bed is very comfortable, claned rooms and bathrooms, which are inside the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. Excellent location and great value for the money. If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't the place. However, if you want something comfortable at a great price, go for it. Another thing that I liked is that it was not corporate - it seemed to be a family-fun establishment. Lastly, free Wi-Fi that worked great the whole time.
