Un hotel que sirve la recomendacion. Todo ha sido genial: la habitacion, limpieza, etc. Tambien valoro el toque, que tienen posibilidad de consultar el internet durante 24 h y que es gratis. - Las instalaciones son muy limpias y modernas, el desayuno muy variado y bueno, muy tranquilo, las habitacioes grandes y cómodas.

The location is nice if you use buses to reach near places like the Ramblas & Plaça Catalunya and the metro station to reach the far places as it is a little bit far 10-15 minutes walking to Hospital Clinic or Universtat stations and you will change Lines. I liked the new furniture.

Well, the owner was very OK, gave us any details we asked about where to go and how to reach that specific location.
The apartment is large, very clean, situated in a quiet area. All appliances are working, hot water any time. Very good value for money.

You get what you pay for and this was very inexpensive. All I needed was a bed and an en suite with shower as I was attending a conference and eating out at night. I got exactly what I paid for. I could have stayed at the renaissance which was 9 times the price but why bother as I never use the facilities

The apartment was exactly as seen on the pictures - nice interior, cozy, fresh, well equipped.
Location was perfect - nice neighbourhood, in the end of the main shopping street in Barcelona, close to the metro stations (in the middle of two metro stations).
Our apartment was courtyard side, so it was quiet and peaceful.
