Esteve, Daniela and the other members of the residencia are very friendly and helpful! Besides this place is clean and the price is fair. So I recomment this accommodation 100% (I travel a lot so I know a lot of guesthouses).

Very friendly and nice staff that takes all the time to explain the city, where to go, etc. The hotel and the rooms have a nice design. The rooms are big for Barcelona standards and comfortable to stay in. The bathroom has a nice shower. And best of all, the nice breakfast is included in the price.

Ca La Maria was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. This is a brand new B&B that is designed with elegant, modern art throughout. It's at a great location, very central and in walking distance to many of the city's sites.The B&B is run by Maria who is an excellent hostess. She pays attention to fine detail and really made my stay worthwhile.
