El servicio es muy bueno tuve el primer dia un problema con el aire acondicionado y no se pudo reparar pero me cambiaron de habitacion de inmediato. El hotel es muy chulo y las instalaciones estan muy bien, la disposicion del personal maravillosa. Lo unico es que es importante saber que el Wi Fi no es gratis como se anuncia, pero es un gran Hotel

We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.

Located in a part of El Born with many tourist. However it was not that noisy in the night living on the second floor. Small cosy hotel in boutigue style with a restaurant - that we didn't attend - and a smaller breakfast room. No further facilities. Small but nice and clean room.

Love the free bottles of cold water on each floor.
Didn't try the restaurant -- it looked very nice, but also a little spendy. However, there are tons of tapas places (and real restaurants also) within walking distance.

The location was wonderful. Had very close access to everything we wanted to do and see. You could have an inexpensive quick meal or sit down for a more elegant dining experience and all within a two minute walk. The staff was wonderfully helpful and competent. Santiago was a tremendous help to me when I was have some trouble with my airline. Everything is easily within walking distance. All in all it was a great location. We did have a room that did not face the street so we slept comfortably

This was the second time we stayed here and we will be staying there again in the Fall. Liked the bunk beds for the kids even though the ladder was a little hard to climb for my son.
