Lo que la gente dice
Location is good for tourism. Metro station and bus stations are near by. 24 hours grocery store open is a block away. The apartment is neat and clean. Its cleaned daily. For those liking to trek, the location is good too, for all the major tourisitic sites are at walking distance. The staff is good. Parking is available at the hotel for 25 euros per day. Pets are allowed.
A few minutes away from the shopping district, city tour buses, and the green line subway that gave easy cheap access to the beaches and the Forum shopping Mall. Next door (literally) to the Egyptian museum - free access due to us effectively being Derby hotels clients which seems to own this property.todo comentarios »
The Air conditional has some problem for 2 apartment. We cannot find the remote control. We told the Management we can't sleep without air cond. The manage on duty Mr. Alex did a very good job. He re-arrange the room in Claris Hotel for us without charges. Service thumb up !!!.
Excellent location
The person attending us in the evening (an elderly gentleman) was great, he explained the various places to see around in hid brocken English- what a great gesture.
Clean room and spacious too.
it's good to have a 5 star hotel taking care of you, although it is an apartment.

Localization.
The lift is slow. The air condition has to be kept on even when you are not at home. It takes a lot of time to cool the apartment. Dont forget to take with you a match box! This is not provided. We had to use the cigarette lighter.
Being so central it was a bit noisy in the lounge but the noise levels could be cut right back with the substantial window shutters. Supermarket was a bit of a drag carrying all the heavy booze :) . A shopping trolley would have been useful.

Staff! Cleaning! Only had one key for the apartment and refused to arrange us another (only when we wanted to write a complaint they tried to fix the situation). Front door was loose. One bath tube was impossible to use because the room got all wet and the other had a pretty similar problem...
