Staff as well as owners are very helpful, professional and friendly. We were there on honeymoon for 2 weeks and they went out of their way to welcome us with champagne on our arrival and also made us the most delicious romantic dinner shortly before our departure. -

I travel regularly over the last 20 years and this is the first time I
experienced personal involvement by the owner to such a degree that I
felt special. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The
personal service was on the same standard I had at the Sheraton Deluxe
group where I had my own butler.

Very warm welcome from Venessa; she was a good host interested in her guests and very helpful.

The breakfasts were first class with a big variety to choose from and very well presented. Lindy goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and will help you plan the outing for the day. A very special person. Went out of her way for my gluten free and also presented me with a beautiful card and gift for my birthday. The self catering was well provided for and every day we were given clean towels. Even beach towels in a beach bag were available for our use.

We were allocated a ground floor room which I was not too happy with,
after mentioning it to Nobu at reception she went out of her way to
arrange another room and get it ready for us. She was very polite and
