The location could not be better. We did not take advantage of the
breakfast ,which is across the street at the Burgundy restaurant,as we
had plans with friends in town, but we did eat there for dinner and it

The Auberge was really lovely, the rooms were clean and cofortable with wonderful views - the situation perfect, right on the front, the staff friendly and helpful and the restaurant across the road was perfect, so cosy with friendly, efficient staff and excellent tasty food. unfortunately it rained whilst we were there but it didn't dampen our spirits, we had a great time and to crown it all, there was a real log fire in the lounge, with a free glass of port before bed - lovely!!

The Steinmanns were extremely helpful and friendly, they cared so much! The room was private and spacious enough for two adults. -

Very friendly and helpful owner that gave us lots of helpful advice. It's only a short stroll to the beach and the shops and restaurants. Bright and modern rooms, we even had a jacuzzi in our room. A shared kitchen and living room is available. -

The Windsor Hotel was the perfect location. It was close to all amenities and we could view the whales from our room. We had to leave early on Sunday morning and at 04h30 the night watchman let us out and gave us our packed breakfasts which were wonderful. This is a fantastic place for anyone that would enjoy a breathtaking view ( I had a panoramic view over Grotto Beach from my room/balcony), a close access to the beach (the footpath starts just 25 meters from the place) cleanliness, excellent basic service and an overall lovely experience.
