excellent staff,room, facilities,food. - Very nice hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Entrance to Casino and Show for free, nice evening entertainment. Had to visit Italian Gorizia, but choose to stay in Nove Gorica, did not regret. Highly recommended.

This is essentially a ski resort with Spartan but comfortable rooms. The young woman who runs the place is very nice and couldn't be more helpful. This is a nice place to stay for the money. Warning: it isn't easy to hike to the falls. Also, eat somewhere else if you can.

Absolutely everything was brilliant from the view to the rooms and the staff. I have had the pleasure of staying at some very fine hotels during my travels but I would be hard pressed to top this one for service. The rooms were spotless, the view was 360 degrees of stunning and the breakfast was divine and worth every penny of the 8 euros we paid. The staff could not have been more helpful. This is one hotel where the photos do not do it justice, its better in every respect.

Open to helping us get kayaking or paragliding in the region if we wanted to.
Drove us to our friends the first nite as we found it difficult to park.

Really enjoyed this hotel,from a welcoming drink,to bubbly before dinner,to a fab breakfast.
Booked here because we intended to go to Lipica and the caves. For a variety of reasons,we only walked the educational trail at the caves.
It did not matter, it was such a good stop.

Perfect location for our half way stop to Italy from Croatia. The food and the service in the restaurant is excellent! One of our best dinners during entire trip! We also loved visiting the Lipizzan Horses. The new pool is wonderful! Everything about this hotel is Very Good. The internet actually works.
