The hotel was very clean, the room was large and the facilities adequate. It was a reasonable price. The hotel is in a good location with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful.

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They provided directions to the Metro, post office and other places of interest. They arranged tours for us as well as booking reservations for us in local restaurants. The staff were just incredible and so friendly.
The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested.
We had difficulty with our air conditioner and we advise

It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

All the stuffs are very friendly and made my trip enjoyable.If you have any question such as visa voucher and trasportation from the airport(taxi), they give you the answer by email right away. It was very helpful. The room is big enough for one person and well cleaned, and free wi-fi is good, too! The location is perfect. I could walk to many tourist spots, especially the Church of the Savior on Blood is 2-3 mins on foot from the hotel.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning (it is worth saying that this is important in the summer. The unit was very quiet so did not disturb us in the night). We dined in the main restaurant several times and enjoyed the food which was Russian cuisine with some Italian dishes. Breakfasts were excellent and catered for a whole range of tastes.

This pension is acctually ex flat. When you enter the building staircase you can be a little bit discouraged. But inside of the appartment it is clean and desent.
I think the personnel does not speak English so be prepared to practice your Russian.
