  I arrived at 9.00 it is earlier than check in time. But I received room in 30 minutes without any additional expenses. I received free ticket to breakfast also. Clean, tidy room.   Good quality/price relation. The hotel is very well decorated. Brides go there to take wedding pictures. Breakfast was nice too. Despite of the front desk language limitation, she printed out a map from google so we could get to the city center. - The warm welcome. Good spa and personnel.
