Staff was very helpful. They checked on the terminal for my flight, printed out my boarding pass at the front desk when the lobby printer didn't work and arranged a wake-up call. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were extremely quiet. Two bottles of water provided free-of-charge in the room. Free wi-fi throughout the hotel.

The shower was difficult to operate and the water was not very hot. Without care, the water would have flooded the entire bathroom.

Prompt shuttle, you can use the airport as a convenience store and a food court for cheaper food. The Aeroexpress train will get you to the subway at Belorusskaya in 30 minutes. You can avoid taxis altogether.

Restaurant prices were very high, no sundries shop in the hotel, a bottle of water cost 420 rubles at the restaurant bar.

Brand new hotel, everything is nice, clean and stylish so far. Very delicious croissants!!!

Soap was missing, but it was braught immidiately upon request. Minibar was closed and nobody told me that I need to make some deposit in order to be able to use it. Could not understand how conditioner is working, was quite hot at night. Expensive breakfast (1200RUB or 27 EUR), cheaper to order from menu if you are not going to eat everything from the table.

Large room, quiet, proximity to the airport, coffee/tea making facilities, complimentary water, very good restaurant , despite being on the overprice side, free transfer to Sheremetyevo.

Serves it's purpose, a stopover before an early or after a late flight.

Nice hotel, good location if you need to stay close to airport. So we did for one night. We really liked the room - big, cosy bed, coffeemaker.

We didn't like the fact that no one came to pick our bags, we had to carry them ourselves. And price for breakfast is too much 1200 rub per person.

Beautiful new hotel.Staff very helpful and friendly.Large very comfortable room with everything provided.Large very well equipped ensuite.By far the best hotel of my stay in Russia.Near to airport with free frequent shuttle bus.

not yet fully operating. just opened 2 months ago. no alcohol licence yet airport shuttle has no official stop sign, one has to use SKY point shuttle or call the hotel. not a walking distance from airport slow elevators, need to plan extra time for going up an down

A brand new hotel which was open 2 weeks before I stayed there. Room - everything up to Sheraton standards, spacious, clean and cozy. Very friendly front desk staff. Nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. I had

Shuttle bus from Airport has a small sign of Sheraton and a big sign of other nearby hotel. You risk to miss it in the night if you don't check with the hotel in advance where it stops and what sign to look at on the bus. Also, would be good if shuttle buses take guests from/to airport through the night (they have a break now between 2:30 and 5:30 which makes it challenging to gent to/ from Airport if you have an early flight)

No help with luggage. Bad construction of bathroom: water from shower spreads fluently out of all bathroom floor. Looks like shortage of stafff in most services. Shortage of space in airport shuttle.
