Again, everything is clean and of a very good quality, staff is helpful and courteous, no nonsense check in/out, nice back garden, general feeling of a good time in the right place

Well located and very spacious. The apartment was very clean and most comfortable. The restaurant below the hotel is quite good also.

I liked everything. Staff are friendly, apartments are classy with air conditioner, nicely decorated, furnished with high quality furniture and fittings (kitchenette included!). Everything was very clean and looked like new. Top floor apartments have only got skylights though. This apartments only hotel means real business, the smallest one is twice the size of a regular hotel room. Book the superior or deluxe suite and they'll give you a deal that is hard to beat. Will visit again.

The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the city centre. The high class furnishings of the apartments was outstanding. The friendliness of the staff and the welcome from the staff was first class and outstanding. Accommodation was first class and comfortable beyond belief. Noise free, Breakfast was of a high standard and quality. This was my second visit within the past 3 months and I can guarantee that this wont be my last as I will return and will recommend definitely. The staff could not be more accommodating if they tried it was a stay worthy of a score of 10.

Could not find a single fault at all with this hotel.

Spacious and clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. We were with a baby and soundproofing did the job :-)

The location and the staff of the hotel. Everyone is friendly. Casa Bunicii 2 is also an awesome restaurant with excellent food and great staff.

Wifi was not very reliable after they change their modem.

The decor and style. The incredible size of the rooms. The staff.

The bathroom was tiny and the bath even smaller. Seems crazy for such a massive room.

Everything about this hotel oozed luxury, style and definitely Value for Money. Upon arrival the staff were very helpful, the receptionist was excellent he was patient and was understanding in helping as my grasp of the language was poor to say the least yet his English Was excellent. The room was of an exceptional standard, quality of furnishing and facilities were outstanding and unbeatable in all areas. The breakfast was sufficient to set you up for the day and the fresh coffee was delightful. This is definitely a hotel I will be using again
