The best is the location of the hotel - it is a couple of street corners away from the wonderful Lazienki park, tram line is also very close to the hotel, so you can easily reach city centre. It was slightly old fashioned but that added to its charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well furnished and comfortable and the breakfast was traditional and very good. It is very conveniently situated.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. because we were new visitors the receptioists wer prepared to give us time and suggest places to visir - Nice central but silent location. Good service including breakfast. - The staff kindness. Discretion.They have bus tickets at reception.
