  I had a great experience at this hotel. Super helpful friendly reception. The owner goes out of his way to help the guests to experience the Polish culture. The location is ideal. It is located in a very quiet area but you are still close to the old market with short walks to many of Krakows attractions. Nice breakfast. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

  Very nice apartment with everything working and excellent facilities- friendly landlord who arranged drop off at airport for 70PLN. Close to city centre and away from any noise - the position is perfect 5 minutes walking from the plaza. The apartment is amazing with all kind of facilities. I strongly recommend it.

I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and arranged to pick us up from the airport, they even booked our visit to auschwitz for the next morning providing transport and a tour guide.   Fantastic stay! This was our first trip to Poland and we were in Krakow for about a week. My wife and I traveled with another couple so we wanted a clean/comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and washing machine within walking distance of multiple historical/tourist areas of Krakow. They don't have a restaurant or breakfast area but they do have an arrangemen - Fantastic clean and new apartments. Nice kitchen and big luxurious bathroom. Big tv and comfortable beds. Like being at home! Easy to find and within 15 minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely girl at reception checked us in and showed us all the things to see and do on the map and we could even use the printer in the reception. We could also use the washing machine in the room and the hotel provided free washing powder too.
