The Bed & Breakfast -aan de Singel van was just brilliant and took
us by surprise. We arrived long before our check-in time and Menno and
Coby were in the middle of cleaning the room. They were just as
surprised as we were.
Anyway, we were given a very warm welcome and we could keep our bags in the room until it was ready so we went for a walk

When we got back to the b & b we were shown where we were staying. This b & b only has the one room -
Tenant who is adorable came to pick us up at the train station. The brand new studio is exceptionally neat in every details, modern and ideally situated on one of the rings. Bikes and a boat are available. Generous breakfast neatly served as a piece of art on a nice tray. Perfect stay & perfect night sleep. Would definitely return and recommend. Séjour parfait ! Propriétaire attentionné. Emplacement idéal sur l'un des canaux. Literie impécable. 10/10

It's a nice place. Quiet place but at the same time close enough to the city center - 10-15 minutes approximately (you can rent a bike if you'd like to). Pleasant park is nearby. Apartments has a good location for travelling around (Kastel da Haar, Keukenhof etc.). The owner - she's an artist - very nice and welcoming. Thank you Agness!

The owner was charming and helpful. The unit is on the top floor and is extremely spacious and light-filled. There is a large kitchen with all the pots, pans and implements you could need. Owner of the house is very friendly and kind. She prepared a bunch of flowers and a bowl of fresh plum planted by her own to welcome the guests. The whole floor is yours then. You can use the nespresso to make a coffee for your own. As located on the main but quite street, you can walk to the dom plaza whenever you wish to enjoy the young atmosphere there. While Central Museum of Utrecht is within walking distance in the other direction. Breakfast is served at the time you desired.
