The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. The building itself is spectacular - the architectural design and merging of old and new to create a dynamic lifestyle experience with the comfort of the new and the charm and character of the old. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. Overall, this hotel is a masterpiece, every detail had a touch of Art. I just loved the place and would like to thank all staff members....you made my stay special....keep it up -

This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room. A large window for natural light and many mirrors and wardrobe space, room cleaned

la cercania con la terminal de tren, y el hotel en si excelente, lo unico malo es que no incluye desayuno y que el servicio de internet es muy caro. pero en fin una cosa por otra - La ubicación, limpieza, el personal.
