The Riad Milhourn was everything the pictures on the Internet portrayed. We found the room a little smaller than we expected and didn't have room for our luggage, however the en suite was spacious and well appointed and we were able to leave one suitcase there.

The staff is super: from Youssef, the riad manager, to Hicham, they've all been fantastic in assisting us for whatever we needed. The position is also a relevant plus: it is located in a small, quiet street though at a walking distance from Place Jamaa El Fna.

Our stay at Riad Amra was perfect. The staff and the owner, Jean Jacques of the Riad are extremely helpful and friendly.
Marrakesh itself is a busy place with narrow, winding streets full of people (and mopeds). Whilst this is part of the charm of Marrakesh it is important to have a quiet, calm space to relax in.

The small pool was a godsend in the hot afternoons and the amazing calm
that I do not think we could have found anywhere else. As many reviewers
mentioned before, it is an oasis in the middle of Marrakesh. The
location was amazing in the sense that it is in a less touristic spot ,
therefore the shopkeepers do not harass you nearly as much and you feel
more relaxed walking along those streets.

The Ryad: Location within the Medina is ideal. Overall, the decoration in the Ryad is very impressive. great staff and people yousef the most helpful person, and carel the owner, do get to know them.
ryad is so quiet and tranquil both in the day and the night, it seems like an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.
and for the price one cannot hesitate, I do fear in my next visit to Marrakech prices may rise!
ryad rooms are very home like with subtle lighting and rustic furniture.

The Riad is located in the heart of the Medina-- although you have to go
through quite a few windy streets to enter the main street of the Media
from the Riad. This does mean that it is in the quieter areas at night.

I have to say that what made my stay so great is the staff. Fouad is a genuinely caring person. .
We arranged to have dinner in the Riad the night we arrived it was delicious. The roof terrace is a fabulous place for the tasty breakfast or a quiet drink in the evenings. Riad Balkisse is well located and is only a 3 minute walk from the Souks and a 2 minutes walk to the main square. Many thanks for an unforgettable stay to all the smiling

Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like
a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in
terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living
in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two
weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied
as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend

Highly recommended, good value for money. The staff is incredibly kind and the hotel is brand new. Mehdi, the chief concierge will make sure you will have the best stay, planning everything you want to do and suggesting good experiences.
Either way, if you go to Marrakech make sure to find a hotel in hivernage/medina area.
