The staff and owner were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Usef (Yosef??) even led us out of Marrakech on his motorbike so we would not get lost on our way out. The rooms were good, the bed comfortable, the bathroom however was extremely tiny and the tile, in my opinion, could have used a bit more scrubbing around the sink area.
If you are driving, the Riad is inside the Madina and the parking is outside the gate. Trying to find the correct gate is almost impossible with no road signs and/or location signs that are easily read. We were only one gate off and the hotel came to find us which was good but still stressful.
